The Hong Kong School Net, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, has been committing to promoting Information Technology education. We promoted whole year and summer online exercises for different subjects and levels year ago. With the supports of schools and parents, our clients come from over 500 schools and we have earned high praise from them.
Summer is coming, in order to help students make good use of the holiday, we will promote a brand new summer exercise, Summer NetExercises. We hope to help students equip themselves for the coming school year. The content takes Education Department Bureau (EDB) curriculum summary as a main source, joining with the knowledge outside classroom which is established and reexamined by experienced teaching expert team. We hope that interesting practice format enables students to make good use of the summer holiday, induces them to consolidate studies and grasp new knowledge in a relaxed and initiative learning environment.
Course Design and Characteristics
Summer course period: From 4 July to 28 August, a total of 8 weeks.
There are 3 exercises each for Chinese and English; 2 exercises each for Mathematics and General Studies in every week.
Exercises consist of two parts, "Refresh" and "Learn". First 5 weeks include contents of current school year for students to refresh what they learned. Next 3 weeks include contents of next school year for students to learn new knowledge.
Automatic real-time grading system help students know the answer and score immediately.
Past learning record is available and students can repeat doing all the exercises.
Questions are challenging and there are solutions for difficult questions.
Learning categories can clearly be seen in the exercise index table, students can review their learning progress by subject or week number, which helps analyse personal learning performance more systematically.
Exercises will be opened step by step, according to the week number until the end of the course and the platform will be opened until 30 September for students to do revision.
Parents will receive students' weekly learning progress report via free email or may choose to receive via charged SMS service.

Qualified students will be awarded the certificate issued by Hong Kong School Net, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Chinese University of Hong Kong after completing the summer course.
Personal ranking and reports with charts help students understand their strengths and weaknesses, and also result levels in each subject.
Various score rankings encourage students to strive for individual and school ranking, and provide reference for teachers and parents.
The course takes Hawaii as theme, with interesting animation added, help raise student's learning interest.

After successful payment, all products and services purchased will be shown in tabulation in the page of "My Service". Cheque
After registering as a member, customer may choose the products and services needed from the list on the right of the webpage of Product and Service and then carry the online payment procedure. After selecting payment made by cheque, the page will show that details of cheque made payable to and payment. Customer should print this page and mail to the explicit address together with the cheque. Within 2 - 4 working days after mail, customer will receive notice of account activation via e-mail and may use the Summer NetExercises immediately (within the period of course). If the customer cannot receive the email notification over 5 working days, please take the initiative to contact our customer service hotline 2989 5678, we will follow up the case immediately.
